A house a stone's throw
from the great maisons.
In the heart of Cognac, behind a stone wall and a paved courtyard, an 1850 house of character. It has kept its period features : parquet, mouldings, marble fireplaces. PASOLA is restoring it to the standards of luxury hospitality: three suites, a child's room, a study, a sport & wellness space, and a room devoted to fine spirits, the world of cognac. Nearly 217 m² of living space. Angoulême is 40 minutes away; Paris 1h45 by TGV to Angoulême; Bordeaux airport 1h35.
Outside, a walled garden of about 150 m² and a courtyard, with a movable-floor pool that preserves the garden's surface. PASOLA makes it its European home: the place where we welcome, around what gave birth to the project : cognac, gastronomy, the blues.
The house opens in soft opening in spring 2027. Before the opening, ten people will be part of it, not one more.

Three suites, up to eight guests, five nights to spread over three years; breakfasts and housekeeping included.
The founders' dinner.
Each year, during the Cognac Blues Passions festival, a dinner at the founders' table, Jennifer & Jonathan : cognac, gastronomy, the blues. The first in July 2027.
Priority, for life.
Booking priority and a founder's rate on your stays at the house, for life.
The house's book.
Each founder's name is inscribed there, on the first page.

VI · Membership
Join
the Circle.
Ten places, by invitation. Joining the Circle means pre-purchasing your stays, not taking an equity stake, and gathering each year with the founders, Jennifer & Jonathan, at the house's table. Membership is €5,000: €800 paid online at sign-up, then €4,200 by bank transfer after a conversation with the founders.
